Each shipment can be inspected by a qualified expert, and a detailed report posted to the HPL web site. Using secure passwords, HPL customers can access their Quality Control reports shortly after their shipments have been checked into our warehouse.

Quality Control reports are used as the basis for decisions regarding selling considerations, re-icing, pre-cooling and special handling needs. Reports are retained as an integral part of each permanent lot file to enable us and our customers to comply with new FDA/HAACP regulations.
